Open, web browser accessible controls are installed on lighting, HVAC, and other scheduled equipment, automatically and immediately cutting out their excessive usage. Other saving opportunities are implemented by your staff, working down the opportunity list and making progress each month. All saving opportunities are tracked and the progress is automatically reported to operations staff and management, keeping the projects from being relegated to "out of sight, out of mind".
